Free state park admission

To celebrate special occasions, Florida's state parks will offer several free days throughout 2010.

  • Saturday, 17 July – free day in honor of Recreation and Parks Month.
  • Friday, 10 September - Sunday, 12 September – free for Literacy Month for visitors who bring a library card, library book, or who donate a new or gently used family-friendly book.
  • Thursday, 11 November – Veterans Day.
